Not defending Sean specifically because I'm pretty ignorant regarding his ministry dealings, but wouldn't owning real estate and investing non profit funds be considered good stewardship of those funds? Parable of the talents comes to mind... Matthew 25:14-30

Have we talked about how in the future, the only way to keep a rogue AI in check will be a "good" AI that's just as powerful?

Jesus being fully human and fully divine means He qualifies as a "human person" by definition. Otherwise you're suggesting He wasn't fully human. See Philippians 2 and the doctrine of Hypostatic Union. Also, Jesus favorite title for Himself: Son of Man

Super interesting effect. Definitely see it in society. Also read about a version of the concept in a book awhile back called "Why You've Been Duped Into Believing The World Is Getting Worse".

This sounds sweet until you realize they're wasting a nickels worth of water to save a two cent bag. Not to mention wasted time.
