I long for a slower paced life, still filled with productivity but centred around the things that truly matter. I want to live seasonally, eating what the earth offers and allowing my days to be influenced by the rise and rest of the sun. Out in nature, farm life and less hurry.

The way I wouldn’t even care for the ‘Internet Explorer’ tab. Straight to Accessories 😂 What a different time we live in.

In my, continuing to heal era, asking for support era, not trying to do it all alone era, connecting with my femininity era, receiving the joy era and praising God every step of the way era. 🙏🏽✨💛

The last 3 days… wow ❤️

Beginning to unpack the residential I attended at Cumberland Lodge. My heart is full - I was able to just Be. I celebrated with the most Brilliant, Black Professionals in the business of Protecting Young Black Lives. Objective? To POWER THE FIGHT against structural racism.

It’s been such a tough few weeks for our young people and communities affected by the losses one after another. The line between hope and despair is so thin but now more than ever we need to stand shoulder to shoulder. 🙏🏽❤️ sending love and prayers to anybody that needs it.

What the church won’t speak on the world will lead on.

I am 100% certain nothing feels better than championing your people.

There is an intentional minimalisation of Black people's pain and the violence directed towards us. There is a carelessness and lack of empathy that surrounds the way it is reported. It is harmful, it is insidious.

Why is being healthy so expensive? They’ve really done a number on us.
