Everyone should read this, seriously. Even if you don’t plan to attend any protests.

Infosec has a lot of antipatterns. Gatekeeping is one of them, not an answer to them. It falls to all of us to make our community a better place. Inspire people by modeling the behavior you want to see.

A server you don’t know how to rebuild, and a desktop you can’t recreate from scratch, are not IT assets. They’re business liabilities.

This kind of stuff makes my job worth doing.
