Another #CoffeeTasting experiment: AeroPress vs cafetiere. Tasting The Bean Shop's San Bernardo from Guatemala 🇬🇹. Other than cleaner clarity & texture, acidity was more pronounced in aeropress, with citrus notes; cafetiere revealed caramel, bitter chocolate & nuts. #coffee

Value can, but doesn't necessarily, mean cheap. 1 of the absolute best wines I've had in the £30-50 bracket is Teso La Monja's "Victorino". 100% Tinta De Toro, matured 18months in new French Oak = Luscious black fruits, coffee, spice & liquorice notes. #wine #toro #tempranillo

Some exceptional #wine at @DanielLambert29 portfolio tasting last week, inc. these gutsy, bold & nutty, wholly atypical #Muscadet. Clisson particularly, shows hazelnut praline, milk chocolate, walnut & dried banana chips, yet retains that clean salty tang. Brilliant! #WineTasting
