Okeyo Mwai formally hands over a Laser Methane Detection device to Alemayehu Mekonnen, State Minister Advisor Ministry of Agriculture Ethiopia at the #EnviroCow launch, saying he hopes other countries in #Africa will follow #Ethiopia's example to reduce emissions while raising cattle productivity.
