First off, I want to give God all the Glory and Praise because without him, I will not be in the position I am. Today, I competed at the 2025 New Balance Indoor meet and it was a TIME at the oval office. I am excited to share that I ran ✌🏼PRs in the 60m, 7.58 & 24.52 in 200m.

Today was such an incredible experience running at the 2025 New Balance Indoor meet. I came into the meet with a PR of 7.93 and will be leaving with a new PR of 7.87. Always room for improvement but I’m here for it💯🥳. Cocoa Track | ♥ Ms. Sherica ♥ | James Folston Sr.
