The science is clear, urgent action is needed. Under my leadership the ILO will strengthen its critical role, working with govts, workers and employers, in ensuring just transitions to a green economy so that decent work and environmental sustainability progress in hand in hand.

Great #IWD2022 discussion on the care economy. Developing the care economy is good economics, it's good socially & it's good for gender equality. It's about extending the instinctive solidarity we feel for our family to wider society. And it's an investment that will pay back.
