It’s always a great feeling when a differentiation hits day 200. Exciting that I’ll get data from the 6 experiments I used it for, but much more importantly this means I’ll never have to feed these 18 plates/few hundred noids ever again 🎉🎊🙌🍾

Apparently the secret to crushing your previous 10 miler PR is to spend 2 weeks not running and instead eating copious pasta in Italy and sitting around at a conference for half that time 🏃‍♀️lesson learned and I’m happy to try to reproduce this result, for science

Today, I fixed my last organoid differentiation of grad school (started in March before my 6 month meeting, finished after my defense). Very excited for my first days off from cell/tissue culture since I started my project in 2019
