According to an FOI made by Ward S just 3.3% of Vaccine Damage Payment claims have been awarded out of those handled so far. 4,996 claimants have been notified of an outcome and just 168 claimants have been notified that they are entitled to a Vaccine Damage Payment.…

799 requests for a reversal of an initial decision have been made

250 of those have been assessed

15 appeals to be First Tier Tribunal have been filed

492 claims have waited more than 12 months for an initial decision

In this latest data disclosure they dodge the question of what vaccine has caused the injury but based on previous answers it is almost all due to the AZ vaccine

A further 324 claims were rejected on the grounds that the injury was not severe enough, although it was accepted that the applicant had suffered disablement from Covid vaccination. unfair! 🤔

168 applications have received the fixed £120k statutory compensation

ie it is accepted that 168 people were severely disabled (or died) from a Covid vaccine

The number of claims being submitted in respect of Covid vaccines continues unabated.

In a typical year pre-Covid there were about 100 applications for compensation under this scheme per annum
