Guy on BBC Question Time gets laughed at for suggesting that people should work more hours and not retire early. The audience then fail to see that his friends who did retire early are surgeons and teachers, ie all public sector with obscenely generous pensions so retire at 50-55.
First time watching BBC Question Time in years and it's a total sh1tshow with Fiona Bruce and a Nobel prize-winning economist commandeering 80% of the air time. Night night, enough at 22:45.

The guy was masked too (unlawful) but I guess with the Metropolitan Police tactic of not causing more trouble for their officers, they prefer to let the criminality fester. Disgraceful. Such a contrast from riot police kettling people on St George's Day.

After showing my driving licence and my voting poll card today, I was still asked to confirm my full name & address. Laudable attention to detail to prevent someone nicking my identity but does anything like that level of diligence apply to POSTAL VOTES Electoral Commission ?!
Trade Secretary Kemi Badenoch is getting flak from both Ed Conway and Chris Giles for not using inflation-adjusted figures in her statement to House of Commons yesterday.
The problem with that flak? She *did* use inflation-adjusted figures.
