2/ Use a SIMPLE habit tracker to keep progress.

Don't overcomplicate it. Can just be piece of paper. Or an app. I like the free Strides.

As someone who struggles a lot with mental health, a big issue for me has been celebrating the little victories.

Id write myself post it notes celebrating the wins and forgiving the losses.

Just tried Strides and I highly recommend it for goal tracking and motivation.

The Strides is stellar. Made a goal to join the 100 push-ups in a row club.

Excited for the challenge and to see how quickly I can get there with this app keeping me 💯.

Everyone should use Strides if you're in need of a central dashboard for your habits. Not affiliated to them, just in love.
