The RDC @LwengoDistrict has today presided over the commissioning of water for Production Projects. He urged the beneficiaries to ensure maximum security of the water equipments. CPA Kitatta Ibrahim Almalik

The District leadership spearheaded by the RDC have today Officially commissioned WATSAN facilities in the District. These included; Borehole drilling at Kabwami Village Kingo S/C, Borehole drilling at Kyekulula Kiseka SC and a mini solar Borehole at Mayila Lwengo SC.

The RDC @LwengoDistrict has witnessed the hand over of 2 brand new motorcycles to the Agriculture extension workers in an effort to reach out to farmers. These motorcycles wea procured by MAAIF 🇺🇬

Under statutory, we held 6 Council meetings, 4 sets of standing committees, 8 DEC and 3 Business comitties sitting, CPA Kitatta Ibrahim Almalik

Under Contracts comitties procurement plan was approved by the PPDA, contracts for micro scale irrigation to 54 beneficiaries CPA Kitatta Ibrahim Almalik

Mr. Speaker sir, allow me extend my appreciation to our development partners Like GIZ, TASO, WHO, GAVI, OKOA, and all NGOs who have contributed to the development of Lwengo District in Fy 2023/24. CPA Kitatta Ibrahim Almalik

Under Agro Industrialisation Production and marketing. We held joint monitoring and commissioning with the DEC members, conducted 3 technical supervisory visits, attended national and level extension workshops CPA Kitatta Ibrahim Almalik

Under the District land board, the department will organise and convene land board meetings to handle land issues. All public land to be claimed by the District CPA Kitatta Ibrahim Almalik

Under Finance Department l, invoiced and remitted funds to LLgs USE, UPE
