It's #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek Excited to announce that it's Mental Health Awareness Week! Society Inc are committed to promoting mental health awareness and providing support to both service users AND staff. Stay tuned for how we'll be championing mental wellbeing this week!

It's #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek and our nursing students have created a video showing you how to make your own green ribbons to wear this week!

In our GABS group we had discussions around mental health. Including the positive and negative impacts, the stigma around it and ways to improve our wellbeing. Being socially included and of course playing dominos was a big positive with the group #mentalhealthawarenessweek

Today for #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek Staff are participating in some undercover kindness 😊 We're know that it is difficult to say positive things about ourselves, so we've asked staff to pick a name at random & write 3 positive attributes about the other person! #BeKind
