Was pleased for my strong opposition to the battery storage proposal on Cochno Road to be expressed on STV news yesterday evening.

I will continue to oppose this proposal on behalf of residents of Faifley, Duntocher and Hardgate at every opportunity.

As parliament has been dissolved I am now no longer an MP pending the result of #GE24

It’s almost certain that Labour will win this GE based on their votes in England alone. What we need in Scotland is a strong group of SNP MPs to hold Sir Keir Starmer and Labour to account on issues like the two child cap and rape clause that they intend on keeping.

With election being called I’ll not have the chance to bring forward #MortgagePrisoners Bill in this Parliament! I hope the UK Mortgage Prisoners group don’t falter in their campaign for justice for over 200,000 families and if re-elected I recommit myself to fighting their corner
