Today, at the conclusion of Reconciliation Week, we celebrate Mabo Day. In 1992, the Mabo decision acknowledged the traditional rights of Indigenous people to their land and waters. We continue to honour the land and water rights of Aboriginals and/or Torres Strait Islanders.
