Why are researchers still studying brief manualized treatments over and over?

In the aggregate, they are weak tea. Effective but not much. How much more confirmation do we need?

JP 🍩🏀 But too many therapists were never trained to understand their patients and are not even trying to. They have a preset menu of “tools” and “interventions” that they apply to everyone. Seen it too many times (and it’s also on regular display here on social media)
