On the first day in 🇽🇰, Karin Boven presented her credentials to Her Excellency, President Vjosa Osmani, as the newly accredited ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Kosovo. Both parties agreed to continue the good and strengthened bilateral relations.

Ambassador Karin Boven had a welcoming meeting with PM Albin Kurti where the latter expressed openly the excellent existing bilateral relations between 🇽🇰 and 🇳🇱. Boven & Kurti agreed to continue the good relations & seek opportunities for fields of collaboration between 🇽🇰&🇳🇱.

Team of Embassy of the Netherlands in Kosovo had an interesting exchange with 🇳🇱 International Prosecutorial Advisor Ben Swagerman and his colleague Arben Isufi about the Regional action EU4FAST action. They specifically discussed the efforts to combat migrant smuggling and human trafficking in the WB and Kosovo.

Our colleague Shaban Sopjani, is attending the management assistant conference in The Hague and is joined by colleagues from the region and other 🇳🇱 embassies worldwide. During the event Shaban also met the minister! We cannot wait to hear about his experiences upon his return.
