Before we head over to Perry Elementary , we always make sure to practice reading our book independently, and then with a peer. They receive peer feedback using our fluency rubric. We can’t wait to see the kindergartners one last time on Friday! 📖😆

The highlight of my day was getting into classrooms to goal set with GEMS relating to MAP. She was initially so hard on herself, not realizing that her score didn’t go down from last year. This was me saying, “Do you see how high this score is?!” 🤩 Happy to make her smile! 📈
