Hi Groupon UK can you please help. I have 2 vouchers which I am finding virtually impossible to use. I have sent you private messages on here but getting no reply and messages don’t seem to send on your website. The value is £320 so it is important this is resolved!

Can anyone help. Bought vouchers from Groupon UK to the value of £320. The merchant say they cannot provide the trip and are not returning my calls and Groupon say we are not eligible for a refund. Where do I go from here?
