It’s funny watching people mentally twist themselves into a pretzel to justify equally qualified Asians and Blacks having different chances of admission to universities as a result of Affirmative Action.

How do I know Harvard is a bad-faith actor? Because they won't eliminate legacy admissions. If racial diversity is so important to them they would eliminate the 5x boost mostly white legacies get. They won't do that. They don't care about diversity. They just hate Asians.
