IMO the “free” part of FOSS is problematic. someone aways pays for it to be built and maintained. often individuals are paying via sacrificing their free time and/or potential paid work.

we should instead aim for “not for profit” OSS. where maintainers are supported with some $

. UnitedHealthcare recently has made changes to their portal on submitting claims. I think they have succeeded really well in making sure you don’t submit claims! So many steps, entering names of dependents and DoB that they already have. Entering Dr’s information which they also have! 🤦🏽‍♀️
