NEWS: today U.S. EEOC finalized a policy implementing the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act’s additional protections for pregnant workers.
This follows our work with Leah Litman, Melissa Murray (@ProfMMurray on Threads 🧵), Kate Shaw, Greer Donley, David S. Cohen, and Rachel Rebouche to affirm EEOC's authority to do so.
latest Pew Research Center data:
six-in-ten U.S. Catholics say abortion should be legal.
This includes 39 percent who say it should be legal in most cases, and 22 percent who say it should be legal in all cases.
