Since littering is a criminal offence, does me removing the evidence make me complicit..?!

What's the matter at The City of Edinburgh Council - does someone need to go on a course in prioritising work, do staff members need to multitask more, or both? Which job do you think should take priority? ๐ณ๏ธ 1. Mow short grass shorter 2. & 3. Clear roads 4. Clear drains* (* I dug this out)
Coincidence, or did someone see me moaning about road maintenance? Anyway, assuming The City of Edinburgh Council cleaned up these traffic islands, thanks very much! ๐๐ป๐
Just going for a walk... ๐ถ๐ป Ended up like TommyPicsUpTrash must feel when maneuvering through Clearwater's mangroves ๐ Litter from ~8 years ago to date - but what about that Tennent's Lager can..! ๐ฏ Bit older that! Broken glass too - not good for wildlife & 4 legged friends! ๐๐ฉ
Back to pick up some broken glass, before anyone got hurt ๐ค Meant to walk much further to get some steps in but my bag was getting way too heavy ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ & besides that - it was full to the brim! Reported for Council collection ๐ Thanks to the gent who called my work commendable ๐๐ป
I'm not even originally from here, but I love ๐ #Edinburgh And, at the same time, I'm embarrassed... Calton Hill, major tourist attraction, no need for anyone cleaning up the #litter, apparently. Are Calton Hill Conservation Trust volunteers supposed to do it all?
Holy moly, I think I finally have the footpath near us under control! ๐๐ง๐ฅ๐ Now crossing fingers ๐ค๐ป that the council will help to keep it clear in years to come... Last couple of old bits of #litter in between all the roots & composted matter: 2014 & 2008! ๐ทโโ๏ธโ๏ธ
