Last month, #EPSB participated in a Lights Out Challenge to shine a spotlight on simple ways we can make positive environmental changes. We helped avoid nearly 1 tonne of CO2e emissions that day! You could power an average house in Alberta for nearly three months with that. #yeg

The Highlands Parent Society is baking a difference! 🍪 In April, they hosted their cookie-off fundraiser at Highlands School and raised $24,500 to reduce the costs of field trips and supplies. Bakers competed in four categories and student art was auctioned off. #EPSB #yeg
