David Elliott & our 1st cohort of 10 AOUK&I coaches met last night. Their role is to unlock AOUK&I faculty potential to maximize their performance. They will be helping faculty to learn rather than teaching them. The focus will be on basic & advanced principles courses this year.

1.4.24 I jokingly told trauma meeting that BOA had announced not to implant any hemis made Apr 1st 22-3 as they were rusting. 45 mins later I'm buying the scrub team an apology breakfast after they nearly threw half the stockroom away 😳
