It was an honour for High Commissioner Cathy Ward to present ten Armed Forces of Malta soldiers with medals for their service, alongside other Commonwealth troops, during the Coronation of HM King Charles Ill last year.

Today we mark the outstanding heroism of all those who sacrificed their lives in Operation Pedestal during WWII. Malta was then on its knees and the supplies bought Malta roughly 10 more weeks - enough to sail through the Allies' victory. We will never forget. Cathy Ward
