Worst flight experience of my life! 1.5hr delay from IAH because of runway debris in CLT. 3 hr delay in CLT because they couldn't find a pilot. Mid-air diversion to city 3hr from our destination bc destination airport is closed. No hotels, no help. americanairlines you SUCK!
