.World Health Organization (WHO) launched a 3-day interregional meeting in Cairo, Egypt, on private sector engagement to discuss how to leverage the role of the private health sector in the regional flagship initiatives: ✅equitable access to health care ✅substance use control ✅resilient health workforce

In particular, the private sector could have an impact on the initiatives to strengthen the health workforce and the supply chain in the Eastern Mediterranean Region.
