Starlink does not work in Russia. Recently, Russia has been successfully interfering with the Starlink service inside Ukraine. The Kursk invasion seems to be Starlink-free. Will Musk expand the geofence to inside Russia? I doubt it. If Crimea is off limits, surely Kursk is.
