OpenAI is targeting Slack next? Last week, they announced Group Chats. You will be able to chat with your friends, family, or coworkers AND ChatGPT at the same time. But, is this something companies or even individuals could actually see themselves using?

AI should be an equalizer, but instead it's creating an even larger gap between SMBs and Enterprise. According to McKinsey's new study on AI, majority of companies making less than $100 million in annual revenue are still "experimenting" with AI.

AI works. We have multiple 6-figure products delivering 7-figure results. We know it sounds crazy. But when you start focusing on what's realistic and possible with AI, instead of following AGI...you get results.

CEOs using AI: Chasing the latest tool – Claude, OpenClaw, the newest GPT – is a distraction. MIT reports 95% of AI projects never leave pilot because teams focus on tools, not outcomes. Start with your biggest bottleneck. Set clear KPIs. Then pick the AI that solves it.

Replacing employees with AI is not the goal. The goal is focusing more time on Work That Matters Most (WTMM). That's the vision that excites us.

Vibe coding a beautiful UI takes seconds. Vibe coding a usable app with RLS, authentication, integrations, edge cases and scalability for ACTUAL USERS (beyond yourself) could take months.

ChatGPT is making the Yahoo mistake. In 1999, Google simplified the search bar to help you get to other sites. In 1999, Yahoo had hundreds of links on the homepage, all designed to keep you on Yahoo. ChatGPT has to figure out how to align incentives, or its ads will fail.

We recently saw an AI project proposal where the client told us the proposals they got were "between $20,000 and $280,000." For the exact same project. From a client standpoint, that is bonkers. How do you judge a good proposal from a bad one?
