Congratulations to Graham Henderson for making the 2024-25 NISCA Boys High School Swimming All-American list with his time of 49.54 in the 100 Backstroke. He is the only freshman in the country to earn AA in the 100 Backstroke and is also the first LHS Freshman to earn AA honors!

The 200 Medley Relay of Graham Henderson, Adam Houck, Nathan Searls, and Cole Tobin win COMO and break the school record and COMO meet record again with a 1:33.75!

Their time of 1:33.75 tops their 1:34.06 from prelims and beats the previous school record of 1:33.95 set by Graham Henderson, Adam Houck, Nick Houck, and Cole Tobin last year at state.

Graham Henderson is the COMO champion in the 50 Free with a 21.04! Nathan Searls dominates the B Final to take 9th with a lifetime best by over half a second of 21.32!

The 200 Free Relay wins COMO and breaks the COMO meet record and breaks their own school record with a 1:25.19! Their previous record was 1:25.46 and the meet record was 1:25.68 by SLUH in 2019. Their splits were 21.04/21.10/21.92/21.13!!

The boys picked up 3 NISCA All-American consideration times at COMO! The 200 Medley Relay time of 1:33.75 by Henderson, Houck, Searls, and Tobin, the 200 Free Relay time of 1:25.19 by Henderson, Searls, Graham, and Tobin and Graham Henderson’s Back time of 49.58 all made the cut!

The 200 Medley Relay of Graham Henderson, Adam Houck, Nathan Searls, and Matthew Riggs win Conference and break the Gladstone pool record with a 1:35.16! That time beats the pool record of 1:35.44 the same 4 swimmers set at the NKC Invitational in September!

Graham Henderson goes a season best time and wins the 50 Free at Conference with a 20.93!

The 400 Free Relay of Cole Tobin, Nathan Searls, Jace Graham, and Graham Henderson break a school record, the Gladstone Pool record, and win Conference with a 3:08.77! Searls, Graham, Henderson, and DJ Starr had the previous pool and school record of 3:10.42.

The boys are Conference champions for the 2nd year in a row! This is the boys 4th Conference title since 2017. Next stop - State!!!
