Working on my kickoff tempo, first KO was 72 yards with a 3.60 hang, second KO was 70 with 3.45 hang.

Working on increasing maxes and putting on body weight. This is my old max (225) for 2 reps @ 165lbs (BW).

Congrats to Trenton Klein being named 1st team all area Linebacker. Probably not many QBs that can say that.

Closing in on 170lbs body weight, reached a new PR of 250lbs on bench press!
