In PSHE this week, we looked at the best ways to resolve conflict between friends. We learned how to de-escalate and find positive solutions to disagreements. #StHerbertsPSHE

We learned about how solids become liquids by melting yesterday. We experimented with two ice cubes- one left as is and one covered with salt. We discovered that salt accelerates the melting process for ice. #StHerbertsScience

We are fast approaching the first week of June, where our Year 4 pupils will undertake the Multiplication Tables Check. Fluency in the times tables up to 12x12 is absolutely essential for accessing the majority of the KS2 maths curriculum. #StHerbertsMaths
