Federal interstate commerce law prohibits companies that do interstate commerce, like #Hydrofarm from selling directly to state medical cannabis producers. This would include "front" subsidiaries owned by those same companies that Hydrofarm has knowingly done business with. SHAME

I would think ALL retail stores doing any business with #Hydrofarm would be quite disturbed to hear their own supplier is cutting them out of ANY chance of getting sales from medical cannabis facilities. Hydrofarm should come clean and admit they have decided to screw the stores!

#Hydrofarm told us that they would not sell to medical facilities, now the truth comes out. A PA facility using their own subsidiary told us buying direct from #Hydrofarm allows us to gain a more competitive advantage than your business would be able to provide. They sold us out!

NEWS FLASH! Another medical marijuana producer in Pennsylvania has just stated to another hydroponic retailer that they also are buying directly from a national hydroponic wholesaler. This would be a violation of interstate commerce laws. Let's "hope" none of them get caught! NOT

#Hydrofarm has chosen to COMPLETELY screw over its' retail stores in MANY WAYS! Hydrofarm is now selling DIRECTLY TO WALMART! They have shown their true colors! They are also no longer a US company. They have abandoned their retail stores and even our country! #BOYCOTTHYDROFARM!!

PS... #Walmart actually charges more for EVERYTHING we both sell from #Hydrofarm! Hydrofarm & Walmart, two corporations with the same morals, NONE! Eliminate independent stores by cutting them out of any chance of competing by undercutting the same people they call partners!!

I would think Hydrofarm would surely respond here on Twitter if ANY of what we've said is untrue about them selling DIRECTLY to Walmart or DIRECTLY to OWNED subsidiaries of #medicalmarijuana facilities in violation of federal interstate commerce laws! Why does #Hydrofarm LIE?!?
