A5: We took a Museum Walk and just noticed. Then I made these charts as a summary of all we noticed. it's helping Ss to think about HOW to structure thinking and then HOW to highlight important ideas! #tcrwp

Everyone knows how easy it is to have students add to their feed. Blog posts can enhance collaborative teaching when lessons are prepared and conducted on the blog. So much more than a replacement for the traditional Friday parent newsletter? Prepare & share on the Seesaw blog.

Wow. Japan flashback. Just felt a biiig #earthquake in #bangkok. No idea actually how big it was because reporting is not the same here. But light fixtures are still swaying & the murmuring of innumerable bees & I felt our condo on the 14th floor sway for at least 2m 😳

#onlinelearning #seesaw goal: to be succinct and clear with open ended options. I believe this will allow for creative responses. Slowly take the scaffolds away to allow student agency and build confidence. I’m wondering how other teachers are doing this? #longtermplan

Overwhelmed with your seesaw student journal? Adopt the one-touch rule. Deal with every post immediately. Review it, comment on it, approve it. Use red microphone for voice comments. Use dictation microphone next to space bar to leave a written response. #onlinelearning #seesaw

Back log of seesaw posts? Many different subjects mixed together? Approve the same subjects instead of simply looking at the next post. You can get through comments faster by looking for key learning targets and commenting on them in one subject area.#onlinelearning #seesaw

MY TEACHER RULE 101: Never spend longer preparing a lesson, than it takes for students to complete it. I was taught this years ago. I apply the same rule when #onlinelearning & making #Seesaw Activities. Students should be working harder than teachers. We already know the stuff.

Student #birthday during #onlinelearning Add a happy birthday YouTube rendition on the class #seesaw and invite all classmates to wish their friend a happy birthday in the comments.

Late to the #seesaw party news but did you know you can check all daily posts with students alphabetically ordered? Click the calendar icon on the journal page. Yesterday 4DL posted 101 items. Check for missing work and that tasks are being completed. Support/ follow up for Ss.

πŸ“’πŸ“’πŸ“’ Did you know? When sharing a link to a YouTube video - add a Hyphen (-) after the 't' and it will share an "add free, full screen, view only" link. Try it out! Great for Seesaw, Slides, Classroom, emails... #GoogleEdu #MicrosoftEDU #AppleEduChat
