Shame on the local media outlets for wanting to share the video of the pilot who lost his life to at BGR. No wonder legacy media is a dying thing.

Caught this beauty, the Spirit of Douglas DC-3 the other night on my way home at Bangor International Airport. There were also 3x P-51s that stopped off for fuel before continuing on earlier in the week.

Did some cleaning in the basement and my son found this old airport set of mine. Complete with a shop for the airfield plows. It’s only 30-35 years old. #matchbox

I can’t make the International Sea Plane Fly In tomorrow in Greenville so I went up yesterday afternoon for some arrivals. Hit the jackpot with this beautiful Grumman Albatross. #planegeek

I’m kinda numb today. From what took place yesterday to what took place 24 years ago today. We need to live like we did 24 years ago tomorrow. Hug your family. Tell them you love them.

MAINE 85 (Maine Air National Guard KC-135) has just entered the Whiskey 105 Warning Area off the coast of New York to conduct aerial refueling today. Why is this callsign significant? On September 11th, 2001 MAINE 85 launched from Bangor, Maine to refuel fighter jets

I hate this day. But I also love it because of who we became as humans. I’m also proud of the part the Maine Air National Guard played 24 years ago.
