As part of Mental Health Awareness week we invited our colleagues to immerse themselves in the ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’. Today we encouraged them to connect with nature! Please watch this short video and we hope it encourages everyone to get outdoors and connect with nature.

Today as part of Mental Health Awareness week, we held a virtual coffee morning where our colleagues were encouraged to discuss their mental health, gives each other advice, share wellbeing tips learned during lockdown and just have a break from work to catch up with each other.

We held coffee mornings in our Belfast, Manchester and London offices earlier this month organised by our Mental Health and Wellbeing Committee. Everyone had a great time and felt the benefits of catching up with colleagues face-to-face (I think the cakes helped as well)!
