It's not the only problem @ocado's filters have with allergens. Here are the first two products listed under their 'top 14 allergy free' section, both of which contain oats. Same with another brand further down. Reported to Ocado last year. #14allergens

When brands are unable to answer a straightforward question about #14allergens, it makes me concerned about how good their understanding of the legislation is — and from whom they're taking their advice. #foodallergy

And they really are #14free, unlike some which make the claim, but contain GF oats. (Based on chickpeas and quinoa.)
