Legacy Fastpitch has transitioned to the KC Originals organization! Welcome our 2021 Originals 09 12U- A team!

⭕'s 09 demonstrated GRIT this weekend, with 4 come from behind wins (2 in extra innings)! They won the Championship game & finished with a 5-1 record! Each player contributed - some with game saving plays and others with clutch hits! We see you ⭕s!!! #OsYouKnow.

Her teammates call her the Rookie! She came in clutch multiple times in our last tournament with huge hits and great pitching! Her ERA was 0 for the weekend! We expect amazing things from our Rookie! Go Aaliyah!!!

Makenna led our offense with the highest batting average (.536) for the tournament. Her pitchers love having her behind the plate. She makes them look even better and throws runners out on the bases. She threw out/picked off 7 runners in 6 games! 💪

Lauren demonstrated the most improvement of any player! She pitched great in HALF our games (including both semi-final and championship). She was also one of our offensive warriors with a .400 batting average (several of those hits coming at key moments)!

Shout out: KP made three double plays this tournament and one of them came late in our semi-final game with bases loaded and no one out! Talk about clutch!

⭕s 09 won overall theme in the Creature Feature. The girls also went 4-1 for a third place finish. It was a fun weekend!
