On November 1st, we held a social gathering for our General Psychology graduate and doctorate students along with the professors and teaching staff of the Psychology Department.

We congratulate Yaren Müezzin who graduated from the General Psychology Master's program with her thesis on "The Parental and Individual Predictors of Sharenting within a Turkish Speaking Sample" supervised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih Bayraktar and Asst. Prof. Dilek Çelik.

Genel Psikoloji Yüksek Lisans Programı kapsamında düzenlenen seminerlerden ikincisi; "Ergenlerde Siberzorbalık: Kültürlerarası Boylamsal Bir Çalışmanın Bulguları" Prof. Dr. Fatih Bayraktar tarafından 1 Kasımda gerçekleştirildi.

The first of the seminars organized within the General Psychology Master's Program was held by Assist. Prof. Gökçe Y. Akdoğan on October 18, on “The effects of gentle behavioural interventions on infant sleep problems in Turkish-speaking families: Two single case experiments”.

The third of the seminars organized within the scope of the General Psychology Master’s Program was held by Prof. Dr. İlhan Raman on the 8th of November on the topic of “Words' age of acquisition and memory: Evidence from Alzheimer's patients”.

The fourth of the seminars organized within the scope of the General Psychology Master's Program was held by Assist. Prof. Dr. Dilek Celik on December 13 on the topic of "Factors Affecting the Perceptions of Blame and Credibility Toward Victims in Child Sexual Abuse Cases".

The fifth of the seminars organized within the scope of the General Psychology Mater's Program was held by Assist.Prof.Dr.Pelin K. Akalın on December 20 ,on the topic of "Memory and nostalgia:The socio-cognitive links between childhood memories,today and the future.

The sixth and last of the seminars organized within the scope of the General Psychology Master’s Program was held by our graduate students. Oluwademilade Adefope, Makomborero Kabanda, and Serpil Varoğlu each presented their respective research proposals and findings.
