Couldn't agree more with this given the amount of over exercising I've seen people posting about on Instagram. It's made anyone doing a normal amount of exercise or whatever they can in the circumstances feel they're not enough!

The Middle of Nowhere in The Middle of Everywhere is our tagline. We're in Oyster Zone 6, under 10 miles from Wandsworth and over 600,000 people live within 6 miles of here. Did you know spaces like this existed inside the London boundary?

Day 2, The Gym 🏋️‍♀️. After leaving Exeter Uni, we both spent around 10 years working in advertising & media jobs in London. Moving to the farm was never really on the agenda for a number of reasons. However, when Charlie’s grandparents passed away in 2017 & 2018, things changed.
