Awardee Spotlight🙌: Dr. Whitney Wharton received funding in 2019-2020 for her pilot project, which aimed to assess the stressors and unique needs of LGB caregivers, with the goal to improve caregiver mastery and reduce stress in LGB caregivers of persons living with dementia.

Caregiving for persons living with dementia can be very difficult, which is why our studies focuses on improving the lives of older adults and their families through interventions of behavioral and social research findings.
