Foundry's `vm.createSelectFork(url, txhash)` + `vm.etch` are life savers for debugging & experimenting with on-chain transactions & contracts.

WHAT

Solidity + EVM has the best dev tooling to do static analysis, robust testing, formal verification. `vm.etch` is heaven.
