Received my long service medal for over 12 years volunteering with the Army Cadet Force. Have had an amazing time with lots of adventures overseas and in the UK and hopefully inspired some young people to reach their potential. #inspiretoachieve

Last month 18 cadets set sailed on a water adventure . As part of the National Adventurous Training Expeditions, Ex Solent Challenger saw cadets from across the UK embark on a 4 day sailing challenge. Thank you to The Ulysses Trust and Tall Ships Youth Trust for your support. #GoingFurther
