Event director Hugh Brasher described the return to mass participation running races as “amazingly exciting”.
“It’s been 16 months since we last put on an event and getting the nation back together, getting them healthy physically and mentally is an amazing feeling.” #reunion5k

George Parker was one of the first women over the finish line at #reunion5k in around 18 minutes. “It’s so great! It’s brilliant being back. I’ve missed it so much.
“I think it’s really important to take part in the test event to get things back to normal as quickly as possible.”
