One manuscript out the door and a whole lot more to come! Stayed tuned to hear about all the imaging and proteomics projects I worked on at Hummon Research Group and a link to the paper once it's online.💜
Hey #TeamMassSpec! Great opportunity to join the spatial and single-cell proteomics team at PNNL w/ Lili Pasa-Tolic and others. A dozen of us will be US HUPO in Portland, come find us and chat about spatial proteomics, nanoPOTS, nanoSPLITS, and much more! careers.pnnl.gov/jobs/8676?lang…
As promised here is the link to the manuscript on organoid imaging during my time at OSU in the Hummon Research Group ☺️ out at analyticalchemistry today! Stay tuned for more MSI, proteomics, and TIMS papers coming from me this year! pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…

When Hummon Research Group got started on the timsTOF fleX I was determined to learn ion mobility. What better way then a multi-site assessment and making friends with Polymer Factory Sweden AB ☺️ Read publication number two of 2024 in J. of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry now! pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ja…
Still looking for presentations to add to your #ASMS2024 schedule? Be sure to come visit me and my colleagues from St. Jude at this year's conference! While 7 of us are presenting, plenty more will be in attendance. 😊 Am Soc for Mass Spec
#ASMS2024 has been filled with so much great science and friends and somehow there is still one day left here! I'm forever grateful to @proftroydwood and Hummon Research Group for getting me into this field and continuing to help me every step of the way.
Thank you Imaging MS Society for hosting such a wonderful conference and inviting me to speak about my work at St.Jude! I had an amazing time catching up with some of my favorite scientists and recharging my science battery. 💜 Next stop, VU Chemical Biology with the CBT crew!
The only trick here is moving to single cell imaging! This year's Halloween treat is paper 3 from my postdoc coming out in 2024. 🎉 My amazing friends in MoraRojasAgingLab gave me the opportunity to try out AmberGen, Inc. probes with them. Check it out! pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10…
Excited to wrap up my first week of MSI workshops in CBT (CBT Friends and Family)! I've been sharing my expertise and collaborating with my amazing colleagues to explore innovative techniques for label free -omics analyses. Can't wait to see the incredible images we'll generate next week!🔬
My first 2025 publication is out! 🎉 Check out our new work in Journal of Mass Spectrometry: dx.doi.org/10.1002/jms.51… Huge thanks to Brian Fries for their hard work finishing up the project after I left Hummon Research Group and seeing it to completion!
