Our second flash talk is from Emily 🧬🧫 who's been down with the Langridge Lab at the Quadram Institute doing Salmonella sequencing, using their PromethION to multiplex up to 96 samples

A wonderful day showing the #OneHealth perspective of my PhD Edinburgh Infectious Diseases. A chance to showcase my #nanopore work with Langridge Lab and Quadram Institute, and get lots of ideas from my The University of Edinburgh colleagues to help me next steps. A successful week, with a cheeky vino to celebrate 🍷
