Tuning in to the 2024 #ozcon conference: First up, an excellent review of 2023 Supreme Court of Canada decisions by Kate Glover Berger (and happily, a bit of 2024 snuck in). And now a fabulous all-women panel on the #IAA reference. Well worth waking up early today.

The first Jurisprudence issue of 2024 is finally out and it is dedicated to the philosophy of Joseph Raz. It contains groundbreaking articles by Koch, Lewinsohn, Mayr, Monti, Paakkunainen, and comments by Dancy, Ehrenberg, and Tenenbaum.
