Carnival games with marshmallows…trying to learn more about Python. I was lucky to have the best table mates to support me as I tried. #T3IC2023 CCSD Math Leadership

It’s been great working with middle and high school teachers learn more about 360 math classrooms. I’m happy they got to see it in action and experience it as a learner. Allowing them time to collaboratively plan for it was great next steps. CCSD Math Leadership

Math 6/7 and Math 7/8 teachers collaborated this week and looked closer at the big ideas their courses. We also looked at the GaDOE’s achievement level descriptors to help determine what it would take to help move the needle. CCSD Math Leadership

I had a great start to my day working with some of Hillgrove’s math teachers. They learned more about the components of a 360 math classroom implemented in different parts of a lesson. CCSD Math Leadership

What a great way to practice a “which one is unique” by doing a slow reveal and having students draw examples. Then show the next requirement, edit, repeat. This enforces the understanding of the vocabulary too. GCTM #GMC2024
