An honour to have spent the last few days in Glasgow for World Indoors! The duty sheet gods smiled VERY favourably giving me a high jump, a pole vault and an EDM! Only complaint is that world record didn’t quite happen…. 😂

All voted in the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons elections! Hope everyone else remembers too- there are great candidates standing and if they are prepared to stand up and lead for us the least we can do is support and appreciate them! Good farm presence too Paddy Gordon Prof. David Barrett 🇺🇦 and Kate Richards!

Miles off what I hoped for (despite limited training, I was capable of a LOT more) but put my money where my mouth is and came back at 35. Definitely benefitted from absences but you have to be in it to win it! Now to do some real training performances that I can be proud of!

We talk about social license like it’s new…. Looks like Alastair Down was Bob on in 2001! 23 years ago and yet, a lot of his athletes couldn’t be more relevant today!

Love being part of this one- not only do I get to judge with some incredible vets in Paddy Gordon, Keith Cutler and Becca Cavill, but I also meet some awesome young vets. Thanks Boehringer Ingelheim and Royal Bath and West! Hopefully lots of good applications!
